Fort Worth Inc. will honor its first Person of the Year this spring, as part of the magazine’s annual “400 of the Most Influential People in Fort Worth” issue.
Twelve judges scored a list of prospective honorees selected by the magazine’s staff from among this year’s 400, and added their own ideas. The criteria: a lifetime of accomplishment, particularly in the last year, and for the good of Fort Worth and the region. The magazine’s ownership and staff had the last word, but we approved the judges’ overall scoring winner.
We will announce the identity of the 2021 Person of the Year Wednesday. Reception for Person of the Year and the 400 will be 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. June 3 at the Fort Worth Club. Tickets will be for sale at $50 per person.
