Caitlin McMinn
Caitlin McMinn has been named managing director of TechFW.
In her role, she will be in charge of the strategic and operational execution of the organization, partnerships, the performance of its team, and support of the mission and vision of the CEO and board.
“Being around innovation, creativity and energy — I absolutely love that,” McMinn said in a statement. “I’m excited to bring my operations background and leadership skills to support this amazing team and be a part of growing the ecosystem as a whole.”
Her career work has provided a variety of opportunities that built a foundation to lead an organization. She has been a strategist, marketer, operations leader and relationship builder.
TechFW described her as “a results-driven executive with a successful record in sales enablement, operations, and strategic growth.”
Her successes were built on helping businesses go from “idea” to sustainability by emphasizing strong processes, frameworks and teamwork that made it possible.
After a career in the finance sector, she launched a consulting business in 2020, diving into everything from content creation and human relations systems to sales enablement and business operations.
