Cary Street Partners announced on Thursday that it had acquired Fort Worth wealth management firm Keene & Dorchak.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cary Street Partners is based in Richmond, Virginia, with Texas offices in Austin, San Antonio, and now Fort Worth.
Keene & Dorchak, under the direction of founder John Keene and Matthew Dorchak, will fully integrate into Cary Street Partners, operating under the CSP brand, effective immediately.
“Matt and I have worked together for 13 years, and we knew this was the right decision for our clients,” said Keene in a statement. “CSP’s culture, resources, and dedication to client success align perfectly with what we’ve built over the years. We look forward to this new chapter and the enhanced capabilities we can now offer.”
By joining CSP, Keene & Dorchak clients will gain access to enhanced resources, advanced technology, and an expanded network of financial professionals, according to a press release.
