Rude, who earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington, has extensive experience in complex tax controversy matters and brings a wealth of knowledge in dispute resolution and risk mitigation strategies. Rude also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tax Section. Additionally, she serves on the faculty of the Texas A&M School of Law Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic.
“We are incredibly appreciative of her contributions, and it’s exciting to have Catherine as one of our partners as we continue to build out a great team for years to come,” Malloy said.
