Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate LLC has announced the promotions of four within the company, including Andrew Lombardi to senior managing director — CFO and Christopher Goff to senior managing director — head of capital formation.
Noelle Garsek has been promoted to managing director — general counsel, and Ben Molk to managing director — office.
Crescent also announced that Joseph Pitchford has been appointed to the firm's newly formed senior management committee.

"Christopher, Andrew, Noelle, Joseph and Ben have demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership. Their contributions have been vital to our success, and I am confident that they will continue to drive our strategic vision forward."
Lombardi, who has been with Crescent since 2010, became CFO in 2022. In addition to joining the investment committee, Lombardi will lead the Fort Worth office and chair the senior management committee.
Lombardi, who earned a bachelor's degree from TCU and a Juris Doctorate from SMU, will continue to oversee all corporate operations and provide strategic direction and oversight of the accounting, finance, legal, human resources and information technology teams.
Goff will join the investment committee and be a part of the senior management committee. In these new roles, Goff will continue to lead the capital formation team but will also have a strong focus on overall corporate strategy and firm direction.
Goff received his bachelor's degree from New York University and his MBA from the University of Texas.
Prior to officially joining Crescent in 2019 Garsek served as outside counsel to the firm, and has served as Crescent's senior vice president and general counsel since 2022. She is also joining the senior management committee. She received her bachelor's degree from UT and is another SMU law graduate.
Molk, who has a degree from University of Montana, has been a part of the Crescent family since 2007. He will continue to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the office line of business. He will lead the Denver office and join the senior management committee.
Pitchford has served as managing director — development since 2014. Under his leadership, Crescent has completed many high-caliber projects including McKinney & Olive, the American Airlines headquarters, and the recently delivered Crescent Fort Worth. Pitchford will continue to head the Dallas office.
He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Virginia.
