ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, on Monday announced the acquisition of Davisware LLC, a leading provider of all-in-one business management solutions built for field service organizations.
The acquisition extends ECI’s footprint in the commercial food equipment, commercial HVAC & refrigeration, petroleum equipment, and overhead garage door industries throughout North America.
This acquisition marks a milestone in ECI’s continued investment in field service technology, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Davisware, founded in 1988 and under the leadership of CEO Tasos Angelopoulos, supports over 360 customers and employs 145 team members across the U.S., Canada, and India. The company is based in Woodstock, Illinois.
