JLL
Maggie Georgieva
JLL announced on Monday the additions of Jayme Schutt, Mike Allen, and Maggie Georgieva, who has been brought on as senior general manager of the firm’s Fort Worth office.
Schutt, a UT Arlington alum, is returning to JLL after her most recent role at Stream Realty Partners. She will serve as senior vice president of Workplace Strategy in the firm’s Dallas office. Allen, a former assistant vice president with Weitzman, will apply his “robust project leasing experience” to JLL’s retail team in Dallas as a vice president.
“Maggie is an outstanding talent acquisition for our property management team here in DFW,” said Jennifer Clendening, regional director of Property Management at JLL in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. “Her addition signifies a meaningful investment in the growth of our Fort Worth team, specifically, and we are thrilled to have Maggie’s expertise as we continue to expand our presence in the market.”
Georgieva, a native of Bulgaria, comes to Fort Worth after nine years with JLL property management in London, starting there as an intern.
She has risen to senior leadership overseeing some of JLL’s premier properties in the city.
Georgieva went to school in the U.K., first at Aston University, then earning her master’s at the University of West of England. After college, she became a credit risk analyst at a major investment bank, according to the firm.
Today in the UK, she supervises a team of 14, as she focuses on the asset management of some of the most prestigious properties in JLL’s U.K. portfolio, including 78 Saint James and 22 Bishopsgate.
“I have been incredibly fortunate in my time with JLL to be surrounded by remarkable people who desire to help me achieve my goals,” said Georgieva. “Making the choice to stay with the firm, even in a different country, was simple. I have experienced exponential growth during my tenure with JLL in London, and I am looking forward to expanding upon my skill set while working alongside the capable team in Dallas-Fort Worth.”
Schutt has rejoined the JLL office tenant representation team in Dallas-Fort Worth, having previously worked with the firm for over two years. Schutt has aided several notable organizations with their workplace strategy decisions during her time with JLL, including Invesco, Haynes Boone and Tailwater Capital, among others.
“Workplace strategy revolutionizes the way companies approach their real estate needs,” said Schutt. “I am thrilled to be rejoining a firm that is truly set apart in the midst of a very competitive market.”
Allen will join the retail brokerage team, led by Michael Wheat, managing director.
"We are excited to welcome Mike Allen to our growing Dallas retail division,” said Wheat. “Mike's decadelong experience in project leasing and investment sales, and his proven track record in the Dallas–Fort Worth market make him a significant addition to our team. His client-centric approach and dedication to delivering strategic solutions align perfectly with JLL’s mission to provide exceptional service and drive value for our clients."
