Kirk Kelly
Transwestern Real Estate Services has promoted Kirk Kelly to co-managing principal of its Fort Worth office. In this expanded role, Kelly will focus on business development, recruitment, and strengthening client relationships across the region, while continuing his brokerage practice.
Kelly will co-lead the office with Leland Prowse, who has led Transwestern’s Fort Worth operations for more than a decade and will continue managing day-to-day operations. Together, they will support the team and enhance performance across all service lines, the firm said.

Both Kelly and Prowse joined Transwestern in 2010. Prowse brings decades of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and landlord/tenant representation. Kelly’s expertise spans office and medical office real estate, representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers.
Kelly is a TCU graduate.
