
Kyle Kirkpatrick has been named partner and will lead the Consulting Services division at JTaylor Advisory-Assurance-Tax, the firm said.
He succeeds Partner Herd Midkiff, who will concentrate on client service, expanding the firm’s consulting and valuation service lines, and marketing.
Kirkpatrick has 26 years of consulting and operational experience with healthcare and life sciences companies, public and private. He is a former hospital CEO with experience running groups of hospitals, managing joint ventures, implementing new strategies, driving EBITDA enhancements and creating positive organizational cultures.
Kirkpatrick has consulted on strategic planning, M&A and operational improvements. His strategy experience includes facilitation, visioning, strategy and operating model development. He has strong project management experience to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.He also produces a popular podcast, “How to be a Texan.”Also in the Consulting Services division, Haley Adams has been named Principal; Garrett Grim has been promoted to Senior Manager and is a stakeholder in the firm; Matt Riesen has been promoted to Manager, and Connor Wanhanen and Nick Matheson are new Associates.
In Tax Services, Lindi Jacks and Doug Mann have been promoted to Senior Manager and Stakeholder, and Thomas Wyatt to Manager.
Rachel Talley has been promoted to Manager in Assurance.
