Muckleroy & Falls has a new partnership group that includes Matthew McDonald and Clint Moyes joining company president Taylor Hale as partners.
McDonald, most recently a Fort Worth Inc. 40 Under 40 honoree, is the company’s VP of business development. Moyes is VP of operations.
The new arrangement was made effective in January, the company said.
“I am confident that this new structure will bring immense value to our company and help us achieve even greater heights,” said Hale in a statement. “Together, we will make this next chapter a remarkable success.”
Members of the partnership group were selected based on their length of service, demonstrated leadership, significant contributions to enterprise value, and commitment to the company’s values and vision, according to the company.
Muckleroy & Falls was founded in 1979 by Harold Muckleroy. Max Falls, who was initially hired in 1982 as VP of operations, rejoined the company as a partner in 1995, creating Muckleroy & Falls.
The company reached a new benchmark in 2006 when revenue exceeded $25 million. The company is seeking to complete $200 million in 2025.
Zach Muckleroy, who first joined the company in 2009, was named a partner in 2014, the same year Hale came on board as VP of preconstruction and estimating. Zach Muckleroy took over as CEO in 2020.
Zach Muckleroy died in a multi-vehicle accident on U.S. 281 in Central Texas the day before Thanksgiving in 2023.
