Fort Worth-based North American Rail Solutions (NARS) announced that Wyatt Cox has joined the company as general counsel.
Cox, who earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa, brings extensive experience in both private practice and corporate legal settings.
Before joining NARS, Cox served nearly seven years as vice president of Legal and Compliance at BluSky Restoration Contractors, helping guide the company through significant national expansion. He led legal, risk, and compliance operations, as well as initiatives in M&A, ESG, licensing, corporate governance, and the company’s charitable foundation.
NARS operates from more than 30 offices in the U.S. and Canada, providing mission-critical railroad inspection, maintenance, construction, protection, and terminal services to industries including manufacturing, petrochemical, mining, agriculture, ports, and transit.
