Novaria Group, a privately held manufacturer of specialty components and hardware for the aerospace and defense industries, announced on Wednesday that it had acquired Anillo Industries.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Anillo, based in Orange, California, is a manufacturer of washers, shims, spacers, plain bearings and stampings.
Founded in 1957, Anillo Industries supplies customers worldwide with military and commercial aerospace hardware. Its differentiated in-house capabilities include tool and die design and fabrication, processing and painting.
“The acquisition of Anillo will further strengthen the value we deliver to our customers in the defense and aerospace sectors,” Novaria CEO Bryan Perkins said in a press release. “The critical parts Anillo manufactures are second to none, and Anillo’s reputation as an innovative and trusted industry supplier for more than six decades aligns perfectly with our mission at Novaria.”
Novaria is based in North Richland Hills.
Anillo will continue operations at its California-based 75,000-square-foot facility under the direction of brothers Kurt and Mark Koch, who will remain in their roles for a transitional period, according to company officials.
“We are excited to partner with Novaria Group,” Kurt Koch, Anillo president. “As we embark on this new chapter, we look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. Our shared commitment to excellence and innovation will enable us to better serve our customers and drive continued growth for both companies.”
D.A. Davidson & Co. advised Anillo on the transaction.
