

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop: Jessica Wescott, new COO
Jessica Wescott is new chief operating officer of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, and she will retain her role as chief financial officer. Wescott was appointed CFO in September 2019. She joined Fuzzy’s in January 2018 as executive vice president of finance. Prior to Fuzzy’s, Wescott’s experience included franchising and client-facing relationships, where she focused on data-driven insights. She started her career in private wealth management, serving as the director of client relations for an investment advisory firm.

Arlington Police: Al Jones, new Police Chief
The City of Arlington named Al Jones, a 25-year veteran of the Baltimore County Police Department in Maryland, as new police chief. Jones, currently chief of the Baltimore County police community relations bureau, was selected through a process that began in June. The job drew 74 applicants, the city said. Jones was the ideal choice because of his years in implementing strong community based policing, understanding of the future of policing, and leadership capabilities, Trey Yelverton, Arlington's city manager, said. Jones began his career in 1995 as a Baltimore County police officer.

City of Arlington: Dr. Victoria Farrar-Myers
Dr. Victoria Farrar-Myers, Arlington City Council District 6 member, has been re-appointed for a second term as vice chair of the National League of Cities 2020 Finance, Administration, and Intergovernmental Relations Committee. Most recently, the committee focused on protecting the interests of cities in federal tax reform efforts, including the tax exemption of municipal bonds, and advocating for local taxing authority on online remote sales transactions.

City of Arlington: Dr. Barbara Odom-Wesley
Dr. Barbara Odom-Wesley, Arlington City Council District 8 rmember, has been appointed to a one-year term as vice chair of the National League of Cities 2020 Transportation & Infrastructure Service Committee. The committee leads the National League of Cities' development and advocacy on transportation connectivity.

Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors: Amanda Harrier, Andrea Greiner
Amanda Harrier has joined the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors as
director of events and communications. She will focus on event planning and communication with members, updating them on industry news, continuing education, networking opportunities, benefits of membership, and association events. She also plans on educational outreach to prospective homebuyers on the benefits of using a Realtor. Harrier was formerly communications and project manager at Near Southside, Inc.
Andrea Greiner has joined the association as membership specialist. She will
focus on
