One Rangers Way
If you have an interest in luxury living in the middle of Arlington’s Entertainment District — with the thrills of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys within a stone’s throw — your chance is drawing near.
The Rangers and The Cordish Companies will be starting exclusive hard-hat tours of One Rangers Way on Tuesday — Nov. 19 — to give interested renters a first look inside Arlington’s new luxury residential community. Starting Tuesday, November 19, these guided tours will give prospective residents a unique preview of the building’s premium amenities and unveil its fully finished, to-scale model apartment.
It marks a significant milestone in the project, set to open in January. Interested renters can schedule a tour at www.OneRangersWay.com.
“One Rangers Way is a tribute to the Texas Rangers’ legacy and a testament to Arlington’s evolution as a hub for living, working, and playing,” said Rob Matwick, Rangers executive vice President of business operations, in a statement. “This community gives residents a front-row seat to Texas sports, with unparalleled access to iconic venues and the spirit of the Rangers woven into every aspect of the building.”

In addition to the sports, other destinations nearby include Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, Spark Coworking, and the forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum, scheduled to open in the spring.
The 43,000-square-foot structure will feature 300 apartments that offer 50 unique floor plans, ranging from studios to penthouses. Each section and floor plan all pay homage to legendary Rangers players, iconic milestones, and ballpark experiences.
“One Rangers Way isn’t just a place to live,” Matwick continued. “It’s an immersive experience that brings the Rangers’ clubhouse culture directly into the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District.”
The complex is owned and operated by the Texas Rangers and Cordish Living, an affiliate of The Cordish Companies. The general contractor is the CBG Building Company, with the interior design being overseen by RD Jones + Associates.
Rents start at $1,400 a month for a studio, with penthouse options beginning at $4,000.
“For those looking for a permanent residence or a second home, One Rangers Way offers an elevated lifestyle immersed in Rangers’ history,” said Scott Seeley, senior manager of leasing & development. “We’re excited to welcome our first residents this January to a community that will connect them for years to come.”
