Mattie Parker, sworn in Tuesday as Fort Worth’s 45th mayor, will give special remarks during the meeting, which will held at Dickies Arena and streamed on Hopin. Brandom Gengelbach, Chamber president and CEO, will provide an update on the Chamber’s goals and initiatives for 2021.
“Varol is one of the world's foremost experts in creativity, innovation, and critical thinking,” the Chamber said. “He helps industry-leading organizations reimagine the status quo with moonshot thinking.”
The Chamber will also present its annual Susan Halsey Executive Leadership Award, sponsored by Jackson Walker LLP, and Chairman’s Spirit of Enterprise Award, sponsored by BNSF Railway. The Chamber announced this week it will give the Halsey award to Barclay Berdan, CEO of Texas Health Resources. The Chamber also recently announced it will recognize Wabtec Corp. with its Chairman’s Spirit of Enterprise Award.
