Lauren Findley
Texas Wesleyan University has appointed Lauren Findley as the new vice president of enrollment management.
Findley will oversee the university’s enrollment strategy, admissions processes, recruitment initiatives, marketing, and communications.
Findley brings more than 10 years of experience in higher education enrollment and admissions, most recently serving as the director of undergraduate admissions and recruitment at Jacksonville State University where she achieved the largest incoming classes in university history the past four years, according to a press release.
“I am thrilled to welcome Lauren to the Texas Wesleyan RAMily,” said Emily Messer, president of Texas Wesleyan, in a statement. “Her proven ability to drive enrollment growth and her collaborative leadership style make her the ideal person to lead our enrollment efforts as we continue to build on our momentum and expand the opportunities available to our students.”
With an enrollment of more than 9,900 students, Jacksonville State University continues to experience growth with increasing student opportunities, all tied to Findley’s leadership, according to Wesleyan.
“I am excited to join Texas Wesleyan University and to work with such a dedicated team,” said Findley. “I look forward to collaborating with faculty, staff and students to develop strategies that will attract and retain the next generation of Ram students. Together, we will continue to build a strong, inclusive and forward-thinking enrollment environment.”
Findley earned bachelor’s in communication at Auburn University and Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at Jacksonville State University.
