Toyota of Fort Worth is building a new 82,000-square-foot complex at a price tag of $19 million, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The facility will be at 449 West Loop 820 South, according to the documents.
Construction is scheduled to begin on April 1 and completed by Oct. 31, 2025.

Toyota of Fort Worth is a company of the Doherty Automotive Group, based in Lakeland, Florida. In 2018, Doherty acquired the dealership from Sonic Automotive, the Charlotte, North Carolina-based company founded by Bruton Smith.
Smith, who died in 2022 at age 95, was best known as the founder of Speedway Motorsports, which owns and operates Texas Motor Speedway in north Fort Worth.
