U.S. Energy Development Corporation, an exploration and production company focused on the development of energy projects throughout North America, has promoted Mark Lillis to director of investor relations.
Lillis, who has served as the senior marketing manager for three years, will use his deep understanding of the company's operations to enhance its communication and engagement with stakeholders.

Founded in 1980, U.S. Energy is a privately held exploration and production firm based in Arlington. The company is moving its headquarters to the Fort Worth Stockyards’ Armour building, which it is refurbishing.
U.S Energy, which was founded in Buffalo, has invested in, operated and/or drilled approximately 4,000 wells in 13 states and Canada and deployed more than $2 billion on behalf of itself and its partners.
Lillis earned a BBA in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. Lillis has extensive experience as a financial analyst and accountant in the energy, banking, and public accounting sectors, according to the company. Moreover, he has proficiency in budgeting, capital planning, and project management aligns with the role's responsibilities, including effectively communicating with stakeholders to convey the company's financial performance and strategic direction.
