Josh Dazey
U.S. Energy Development Corp., an Arlington-based oil and gas investment firm, said it hired Josh Dazey as general counsel and Cissy Shea to be human resources manager.
Dazey is responsible for leading and managing strategic transactions and advising the firm on legal matters. He was most recently executive vice president-legal and corporate secretary of Approach Resources Inc. and associate general counsel and assistant secretary for Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. He graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Shea is responsible for creating and implementing policies, processes, and guidelines to enhance U.S. Energy’s professional development programs, staffing and training, and employee engagement. She also will manage the administration of the firm’s compensation and benefits.
Shea most recently spent 10 years with Lilis Energy and DW Energy Group. She graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management.
