Global real estate services giant JLL has announced the hiring of Trey Neville as executive vice president, further strengthening its rapidly growing retail team in Dallas-Fort Worth.
A respected commercial real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience in North Texas, Neville brings a wealth of market knowledge and strategic expertise to JLL’s regional retail division. His track record includes investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, and retail and restaurant development.
His appointment comes at a time of accelerated growth for JLL’s retail team, which has added seven new professionals since 2024. Neville and Tracy Gray will spearhead efforts in Fort Worth, establishing a stronger local presence in a market poised for continued retail development.
“The opportunity to join the global leader in commercial real estate was too good to pass,” said Neville in a press release. “With greater access to resources, data, and collaborative expertise, I can deliver more strategic, tailored solutions that help clients grow their businesses and achieve long-term success.”
