
Whitley Penn said Monday it named Kristen Lollar as chief marketing officer, promoting her from marketing director, where she has served since 2012.
Lollar also is a member of the Fort Worth firm’s Innovation Council, which works to bring new ideas for advancement and efficiency into the firm.
"We are extremely grateful to have Kristen as part of our leadership team. Her dedication to the firm has been much appreciated and played a role in our success," Larry Autrey, the firm's managing partner, said in a release. "She has an exceptional ability to lead others and we are excited to see what she accomplishes in this new role.”
Lollar is a member of the American Marketing Association and has served as a DFW mentor to young professionals since joining the organization. She is a member of the Association of Accounting Marketing and is involved with the organization’s Major Growth Firms Group and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Lollar graduated of Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Music. She is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association and has previously served as a Dallas Chapter board member and former president of the Dallas Chapter from 2006-2008.
