National multifamily developer Wood Partners is making a second play in the Fort Worth market with Alta River Park in southwest Fort Worth.
Workers will break ground in June, according to a press release. The property, at 3201 River Park Dr., is scheduled to be delivered in the summer of 2027.
"Fort Worth continues to experience strong demand for high-quality, well-located housing," said Ryan Miller, managing director for DFW at Wood Partners, in a statement. "Alta River Park reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed communities that enhance both lifestyles and connectivity for our residents."
Alta River Park, located just west of the Chisholm Trail Parkway, will be made up of 365 units, including a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Wood Partners, based in Atlanta, has properties in 18 major markets in 14 states, including more than two dozen across Texas. The company has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than 110,000 multifamily homes with a combined capitalization of $23 billion. The company currently owns more than 80 properties across the United States, representing approximately 25,000 homes.
The company also operates the Flats at Alta Left Bank in the Seventh Street corridor.
Wood Partners is consistently ranked as one of the five largest multifamily developers in the United States.
