- Avyna Cosmetics Inc. leased 10,000 square feet at the Berry Business Center in Fort Worth. Jeff Rein with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Circle Industrial.
- An undisclosed investor purchased a 40,000-square-foot industrial/flex building at 1900 Robotics Place in Fort Worth. Forrest Cook and Seth Koschak with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer. Ryan Buchanan and Jim Schoolfield with CBRE represented the seller, Pattonair.
- CustomInk extended 90,200 square feet at Lakeside Commerce Center in Flower Mound. Blake Kendrick & Mac Hall with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Stockbridge. Chris Stout with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Intelligent Mexican Marketing renewed a lease on 24,192 square feet at Pioneer 360 Business Center in Arlington. Matt Dornak & Luke Davis with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, LINK Industrial. Avison Young represented the tenant.
- Stream Realty Partner’s Forrest Cook and Brett Carlton leased 17,000 square feet on behalf of the landlord, MoxieBridge at 5309 Superior Parkway in Fort Worth. Tenant’s include Smart Start, Ronny Evans Fleet Services, Rango, and A1 Carriers.
- APL Logistics Warehouse Management Services leased 121,400 sf at Passport Logistics Center - Building 100 in D/FW Airport. Blake Kendrick, Sarah Ozanne & Charles Brewer with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Brookfield Properties. Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
- Intelligent Mexican Marketing renewed 24,192 sf at Pioneer 360 Business Center in Arlington. Matt Dornak & Luke Davis with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, LINK Industrial. Avison Young represented the tenant.
