Recent Whitebox Real Estate, LLC transactions in the Tarrant County area:

Whitebox recently worked with the Taylor Counseling Group to expand its office at the Mallick Tower in downtown Fort Worth. Taylor’s offices will expand to 3,632 square feet in the expansion at 101 Summit Ave. David Harris & Jade Scott with Whitebox represented Taylor, and Marshall Mays of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord.

Whitebox recently negotiated a lease for City Electric Supply in Fort Worth. The new 99,366-square-foot lease is at Speedway Distribution Center, 16200 Three Wide Drive.  Grant Pruitt, Jade Scott and Brendan Zrowka represented City Electric Supply, and Pat Kersey and Jon Harmon of IDI Logistics represented the landlord.

Whitebox helped broker the sale of 1046 Texan Trail in Grapevine. This 10,202-square-foot single occupancy office building, located in the Grapevine Station Building Park, is minutes from four major highways and D/FW Airport. Sean Smith of Whitebox Real Estate and Jeff Puffer with Delphi Business Properties represented the buyer. Matthew Otte of Whitebox Real Estate represented the seller, Texan Trail Holdings LLC.

Whitebox recently helped STD Solutions, Inc sign a new 7,954-square-foot lease at 5535 Airport Freeway in Haltom City.  Ben Crancer, Evan Hammer and Jade Scott represented the tenant, STD Solutions, Inc., and Steve Relyea of The Relyea Co. represented the landlord.

Whitebox represented OP2 Labs, LLC in its headquarters relocation to Riverbend West Business Park. OP2 Labs, recognized as one of Inc. 5,000’s fastest growing companies in 2020, felt moving its headquarters to the 18,800-square-foot space at 1825 Handley Ederville Road would allow the company to accommodate rapid short- and long-term growth. Sean Smith, Jade Scott & Brendan Zrowka represented OP2 Labs, and Todd Hawpe of Transwestern represented the landlord.
