Whitebox recently negotiated a lease for City Electric Supply in Fort Worth. The new 99,366-square-foot lease is at Speedway Distribution Center, 16200 Three Wide Drive. Grant Pruitt, Jade Scott and Brendan Zrowka represented City Electric Supply, and Pat Kersey and Jon Harmon of IDI Logistics represented the landlord.

Whitebox helped broker the sale of 1046 Texan Trail in Grapevine. This 10,202-square-foot single occupancy office building, located in the Grapevine Station Building Park, is minutes from four major highways and D/FW Airport.
