Art South is looking to commission an artist for a mural in Fort Worth’s Near Southside. Developers CRG/Clayco are calling all artists as they partner with the community art program to create a mural on a five-story parking garage at CRG/Clayco’s multifamily project that is currently under construction.
The project, Broadway Chapter, is located at 401 Hemphill St. and will span 320,000 square feet, with 242 one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, 4,500 square feet of amenity space, and a courtyard.
