Twin Peaks
Twin Peaks, the fast-growing casual sports dining chain based in Dallas, is bringing one of its latest restaurants to Grand Prairie, ceremonially "raising the timber" in front of the location's entrance Wednesday.
The restaurant will open in November at 3120 S. State Highway 161.
The restaurants offer dine-in, online ordering, and delivery services, "TVs from every angle," full bar, and 29-degree beer served by the chain's Twin Peaks Girls.
Menu favorites include "hand-smashed burgers seared to order," beer-battered chicken tenders, and chicken wings.
Wednesday, CEO Joe Hummel, local dignitaries, and the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce participated in the timber-raising.
Founded in 2005 in Lewisville, Twin Peaks now has 83 locations in 25 states.
