Chef Blaine Staniford, 61 Osteria restaurant
Adam Jones, operator of GRACE and Little Red Wasp restaurants, is planning a new Italian restaurant, 61 Osteria, in downtown Fort Worth in the First on 7th tower, a midcentury modern-style building at 500 West 7th St. First on 7th's tenants include the Buon Giorno coffeehouse and Neighbor’s House Grocery. Executive Chef Blaine Staniford (pictured), executive chef of GRACE and Little Red Wasp, will helm the kitchen.
