
ProComputing site at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport
Stream Realty Partners announced it secured a 20,055-square-foot industrial lease for ProComputing Corp. at 1160 Mustang Drive at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.
ProComputing is a technology company that partners with IT education leaders to bring the latest educational technologies to students and educators throughout Texas. Stream’s Todd Noonan, senior vice president, and Jeremy Kelly, vice president, represented ProComputing in the transaction. Steve Koldyke and Kacy Jones of CBRE provided representation for the landlord, Clarion Partners.
“Tenants are continuing to choose the DFW Airport area due to the functionality of newer buildings and convenient access to multiple highways,” Noonan said. “Despite strong demand, there are still great options available for tenants in quality buildings.”

- Chicago Flameproof and Wood Specialties Corp. leased 10,000 square feet at Berry Business Center-Building 3 in Fort Worth. Jeff Rein with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, TX Circle 182, LLC. Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford represented the tenant.
- FleetPride renewed 200,000 square feet at DFW Trade Center-Building B in Grapevine. Jeremy Kelly and Sarah Ozanne with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Lasalle Investment Management. Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented the tenant.
