A duo of developers is looking to turn a 10-acre site just north of downtown into Fort Worth's newest travel destination.
Mitchell Eberenz and Cole Frederick, who also co-founded Fort Worth-based oil and gas company Peak Land Services, are planning to build an RV park adjacent to Delga Park off Interstate 35. They've tapped local architect 97w to design the space, which can currently fit 74 RVs (though they're working to increase capacity to 80) and has connectivity to Delga Park and the Trinity Trails.
