Midway Logistics Park, a new Class A, master-planned, infill industrial development in Haltom City, has received the annual Haltom City Momentum Award, recognizing it for "exceptional business growth and contributions to the community."
In 2020, Stream Realty Partners - the developer and owner - purchased the 40 acres northeast of downtown Fort Worth, and worked with Haltom City to develop the site into a state-of-the-art logistics park. Midway totals 491,000 square feet, comprising three speculative buildings ranging from 126,000 to more than 200,000 square feet.
“From the land acquisition last year to erecting the buildings this month, Midway Logistics Park has been a collaborative and successful development project due, in large part, to the City’s ongoing support," Albert Jarrell, managing director of development and construction management for Stream in Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a release. "We are thrilled to have received this award for our work ethic, development expertise, and ability to bring an increased tax base and new jobs to Haltom City.”
The Haltom City Council and city staff nominated Stream for the award.
The development consists of one cross-dock building totaling 156,085 square feet, one rear-load building totaling 126,320 square feet, and one front-load building totaling 208,813 square feet.
'"The buildings are expected to deliver in the third quarter 2021 and are currently available for pre-leasing," Stream said.
The project is leased and marketed by Seth Koschak, Forrest Cook and Brett Carlton with Stream’s Fort Worth office.
