Younger Partners, a Dallas-based commercial real estate firm, brokered the sale of 58 acres at Interstate 35W and Interstate 20 in south Fort Worth.
Carter Crow, principal, and Michael Ytem, senior vice president, of Younger Partners brokered the deal.
Terms were not disclosed.
Justin Toon with Industrial Reserve represented the buyer, which plans to use the site at 5921 South Freeway for future development.
“This property possesses great potential for the buyer with its location near major roadways in a fast-growing area of the southwest metroplex,” Crow said.
The property, near the intersection of the interstates, has ramp access to both roads. The acreage is within easy access to major south Fort Worth employers, including Alcon Laboratories, Miller Coors and Ben E. Keith Foods.
“The continuum of a competitive market has forced developers to look at geographic areas they would have initially put on the back burner,” Ytem said. “The southern sectors of both Tarrant and Dallas counties have kept me busy.”
Explosive growth south of Loop 820, which includes Fort Worth suburbs Burleson and Crowley, as well as Everman, has been attracting more businesses over the past five years, Ytem said.
