Under the warm Texas sun — OK, it was hotter than warm — on Thursday, Aug. 17, Fort Worth Inc. hosted its annual Best Companies To Work For awards luncheon at the picturesque River Ranch Stockyards. The event was a vibrant celebration of Fort Worth's top-tier workplaces and a heartfelt tribute to the companies that have proven their success of going above and beyond to craft exceptional environments for their employees. The event served as an opportunity to unveil the rankings of the Best Companies To Work For in Fort Worth across three categories: Small, Medium, and Large companies.
Each category highlighted the top organizations that have shown unwavering dedication to a prioritization on employees' well-being, fostering growth, and nurturing job satisfaction. The luncheon exuded an atmosphere of applause and appreciation for the resoundingly positive impact these companies have on their employees and the broader community.
Attendees indulged in a wine reception, followed by a delectable chicken piccata and generous slices of tiramisu — a treat that added an extra layer of enjoyment to the gathering. The relaxed yet engaging ambiance provided the perfect setting for attendees to network, form connections, and share insights among like-minded professionals.
There were also plenty of laughs. Guests were entertained by improv duo Curtis Needs A Ride.
Beyond its celebration of workplace excellence, the event also served as a reminder of the immense value inherent in collaboration and shared values within the business community. As attendees departed, they carried with them more than just memories. Each received a copy of the Fall issue of Fort Worth Inc. magazine.
The luncheon left attendees with a renewed sense of inspiration, reaffirming that investing in employee well-being doesn't just uplift individual companies — it also enriches the overall growth and prosperity of the vibrant city of Fort Worth. The Best Companies To Work For rankings will be revealed in the Fall issue of Fort Worth Inc. hitting newsstands on Aug. 23. Special thanks to Platinum Sponsor, R Bank.
