MineralWare staff welcome a good friend to the office.
Fort Worth-based MineralWare, the company founded by Ryan Vinson in 2014, has been sold to a strategic buyer, according a source with knowledge of the transaction.
Terms of the transaction are not available, but the deal closed this week.
MineralWare is a software and online platform designed to simplify the management of mineral ownership. Company officials said in 2019 that it had hit a target set two years earlier of $250,000 in recurring monthly revenue.
Vinson, who was not available to comment on the deal, has two other companies, Energy Domain and Energy Freelance. Those companies were not involved in the sale.
Energy Domain was created to provide a secure marketplace for sellers to market their mineral, royalty, and working interests. Energy Freelance was designed to connect project owners with freelancers.
