H2 Health a comprehensive rehabilitation provider with operations in 10 states, announced on Monday that it had acquired Fort Worth Physical Therapy.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008, Fort Worth Physical Therapy offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, and a comprehensive amputee program including prosthetic training. FWPT operates two locations in the market, in addition to three management partnerships with healthcare providers in the region.

Fort Worth Physical Therapy, in partnership with H2 Health, is actively developing new locations in the region with plans to open in early 2023, according to a press release.
“We founded this practice with a focus on providing quality care to our community, and H2 shares our dedication and beliefs,” says Luke McKenize, FWPT co-founder.
Weldon Russo, another FWPT co-founder adds: “I have a vision to expand our organization to serve more of the neighborhoods that we call home, and I believe that H2 Health is the ideal partner to support our growth and our focus on customized, compassionate care.”
After closing, H2 Health will own and operate 155 clinic locations, including 28 in Texas and Oklahoma.
“We plan to increase this community footprint throughout this region and anticipate operating over 50 locations within the next 12 months,” Sansone says. “We expect the FWPT team to be a significant driver of this growth.”
