Fort Worth is a great place to visit, with mega-loads of historic and cultural attractions.
It’s also a great place for business.
That is the message in a marketing campaign targeting the wide expanses of the nation.
In April, the city of Fort Worth kicked off a national marketing campaign in partnership with Schaefer Advertising Agency designed elevate Fort Worth’s profile to the national business community. The campaign's first video, "It Begins in Fort Worth," was released this week.
The campaign is intended to support new and existing business growth, celebrate and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, and showcase the city’s strong foundations within its target industries, which are outlined in the 2022 update of the city’s Economic Development Strategic Plan.
“This campaign is a big opportunity to raise Fort Worth’s profile on a national level,” says Robert Sturns, the city’s director of economic development, in a statement.
“Partners like Visit Fort Worth have done an outstanding job promoting our city as a great place to visit, with incredible historic and cultural attractions, a thriving music scene and exciting events. And while our campaign is very much in alignment with their work, it is much more focused on making the business case for Fort Worth — why our city is also a great place to start, grow or relocate your company.”
This new marketing campaign also aligns with the city’s partnership with the Fort Worth Chamber to promote business opportunities across the city, as reflected in Fort Worth’s business attraction website.
The first video of the campaign highlights several Fort Worth companies across a variety of industries, including Lockheed Martin, Linear Labs, Revitalize Charging Solutions, and The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, which recently unveiled its new Regional Simulation Center.
