Mackenzie Eason, the Fort Worth-based executive search firm, said Wednesday it hired Hope Moon as a consulting partner from the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, where she developed research as part of the organization’s talent initiatives.
At the chamber, Moon was a key contributor on reports looking into college and career readiness and workforce development.
"Hope will begin work immediately with several clients working with them on talent acquisition, development and culture," Darien George, managing partner of Mackenzie Eason, said. "We are very eager to have such a smart, dedicated Fort Worth native join us."
Moon is a Fort Worth native and graduated from the University of Notre Dame, with a degree in history and political science and minor in public service. She worked for the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County, Ind. and SafeHaven of Tarrant County before joining the Fort Worth Chamber as manager, talent and quality of place in May 2019.
Moon serves on the Big Ambassadors Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star and manages Fort Worth’s Young Professionals group, Vision FW. A longtime dance devotee, she is choreographer of the Trinity Valley School Elite Performance Co.
