Morgan Stanley Wealth Management moved on expansion plans on Monday, opening its second Fort Worth location at The Crescent East office building in the Cultural District, firm officials said.
This new addition complements the recent expansions of the firm's Park Cities and Pearl Street offices in Dallas.
The firm will maintain its Fort Worth office at 201 Main Street.
“Morgan Stanley views Dallas and Fort Worth as distinct markets, each with its own unique personality and business requirements,” the firm said in a press release. “This dedicated approach, combined with the region's robust business environment, has enabled Morgan Stanley to double its Fort Worth footprint over the past five years.
The firm will move into the offices at the 173,000-square-foot The Crescent Offices East. The Crescent will soon break ground on The Crescent Offices West, which will be comprised of 170,000 square feet.
Morgan Stanley provides wealth management solutions and services to high-net-worth individuals, families, corporate executives as well as to companies and workplace plan participants.
“Morgan Stanley is enthusiastic about working once again with Goff Capital, a trusted collaborator whose vision aligns with Morgan Stanley's growth strategy,” the press release said. “Together, they support and foster the ongoing development occurring in Fort Worth.”
