John Goff, Fort Worth Inc. Person of the Year, delivered remarks upon formally accepting the honor at a reception at the Fort Worth Club on Thursday.
He gave credit to “wonderful teammates” who “do all the work.”
“I get all these recognitions that, frankly, I don’t deserve,” he said. "I’ve been so blessed to be in this city. It was an amazing place to grow a family and ultimately grow a business, several businesses.”
