The Denton location represents Worthington’s fifth bank with a staff of eight.
At its head is Debbie Rhoads, a 34-year industry veteran who will serve as market president.
“The opening of our Denton location is a significant step for our operations, introducing Worthington Bank’s high-level service to a whole new community,” said Worthington Bank CEO Greg Morse in a statement. “Ushering our new location into success is a handpicked team of consummate industry professionals.”
Worthington Bank Denton is now open and in a satellite building at the same address while construction at the permanent location is completed. A ribbon cutting for the 3,782-square-foot building will take place in the fall.
Joining Rhoads in executive leadership roles will be Tracey Long as senior vice president of lending, and Kathy Kelly as senior vice president of lending and LSM.
The new branch will also continue Worthington’s tradition of featuring Western-influenced art at its locations.
