Aaron T. Sigal has joined labor and employment litigation firm Pham Harrison, LLP, as an associate attorney, the Fort Worth firm announced this week.
Sigal’s practice focuses on business litigation, labor and employment law, and real estate.
“We are thrilled to have Aaron as part of our team,” said Caroline Harrison, managing partner of Pham Harrison, in a statement. “His enthusiasm for developing solutions that fit a client’s needs will be a huge asset to the firm and to our clients.”
Sigal graduated from the Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth in 2022. He clerked for Judge Lee Ann Breading of the 462nd Judicial District Court in Denton, and Judge Paula M. Rosales, Dallas County Court at Law No. 4. He also interned with Pham Harrison.
At A&M, Sigal served on the executive board of the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law as the business editor, served as a volunteer in the Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic advocating for relief from the IRS on behalf of his clients, and served as a research assistant for Dr. Jane N. Bolin of the A&M School of Public Health.
“Working with and learning from Lu Pham, Caroline Harrison, and Spencer Mainka, I gleaned invaluable confidence in the courtroom that made me the professional I am today,” Sigal said. “I am thrilled to have returned, this time as an attorney. I cannot imagine a more dynamic and hard-working team.”
Before law school, Sigal graduated cum laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin with a bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice (minor). While there, Sigal played baseball from 2015–19 and earned Heartland Conference academic honors all four years.
