Four Texas Health facilities were recent recipients of 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Awards, officials with the Arlington-based healthcare system announced.
Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound, and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake were all recognized.
Texas Health facilities received nine recognitions in total.

Two types of recognition were given: the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® and the Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award. The 2023 Texas Health honorees include:

- Texas Health Denton: Guardian of Excellence for Patient Experience, outpatient services
- Texas Health Flower Mound: Guardian of Excellence for Employee Engagement, hospital employee experience
- Texas Health Flower Mound: Guardian of Excellence for Employee Engagement, community hospital experience
- Texas Health Flower Mound: Guardian of Excellence for Physician Engagement, community hospital physician experience
- Texas Health Flower Mound: Guardian of Excellence for Physician Engagement, hospital physician experience
- Texas Health Flower Mound: Pinnacle of Excellence for Employee Engagement, employee experience
- Texas Health Flower Mound: Pinnacle of Excellence for Physician Engagement, physician experience
- Texas Health Southlake: Pinnacle of Excellence for Patient Experience, outpatient services
