Jet Health, Inc., a leading regional provider of home health, hospice and personal care services based in Fort Worth, said this week that Larry Nabb had been appointed to the post of chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Nabb replaces Stacie Bratcher, CEO since March 2020.
Nabb will oversee all day-to-day operations and business functions as well as growth and acquisition strategies. Jet Health’s operations span 16 markets in the southwest and Mountain West, which are branded under the Jet Health umbrella as Klarus, First Choice, Hospice de la Luz and Trio.
“He is a solid strategic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and impressive operational experience,” said Jet Health founder and Chairman Jim Glynn in a statement. “He has been credited with inspiring a culture of growth and engagement across teams within the companies he has led. Jet Health’s board of directors believes Larry’s extensive industry expertise and proven track record will position him for success in leading Jet Health forward. We look forward to the contributions he will make in his new role.”
Nabb earned a degree in business administration and management from the University of Hawaii in Manoa.
Prior to joining Jet Health, Nabb was CEO and board member for Providence Care, LLC, a home health, hospice and house call provider serving the southeast U.S. While with Providence, Nabb led the company’s acquisition strategy, bolstered the executive team and expanded the company’s footprint from single to multi-state which now serves over 6,500 lives.
Earlier, Nabb was president and chief operating officer at Remita Health, a large hospice provider serving California, Arizona, and Nevada. In this capacity, according to a press release, he grew earnings three-fold, developed key payor relationships and forged value-based joint ventures with Blue Shield, Anthem and Optum Health, among other achievements.
“Jet Health has steadily grown through acquisition as well as organically over the past several years, resulting in the strong presence it established and positive reputation it earned throughout the markets they serve,” Nabb said. “My background and experience, coupled with the company’s solid footing in both the space as well as geographic areas it reaches, will serve as a springboard for taking Jet Health to the next level.
