A two-story, 30,000-square-foot medical office building will be constructed on a lot on the Near Southside, where South Main Street meets East Allen Avenue.
Details of the project at 1700 South Main St. were outlined in documents submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction of Surgical Network Affiliates will begin in November and be completed in August 2025, according to documents.
It is being built at a cost estimated at $4.8 million.
The owner is listed as “Fort Worth S Main SPC, LLC” of San Antonio. The architect on record is Chesney Morales Partners, also of San Antonio.
In north Fort Worth, a retail center that would include a gas station is planned at 11524 Timberland Blvd.
Construction on the 28,640-square-foot Timberland Retail Plaza development is scheduled to begin in September and be complete by March 1, according to documents. It is being developed at a cost of about $4.5 million.
