Tucker Sowell
Tucker Sowell, a cum laude May graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law, has joined Pham Harrison, a labor and employment litigation firm.
Sowell interned with the downtown Fort Worth firm for seven months in 2022, focusing on research, writing briefs regarding employment and business litigation, and drafting motions and discovery requests.
“Having Tucker last year, seeing his work ethic and fit with our attorneys made adding him to the team an easy decision,” said Managing Partner Caroline Harrison in a statement. “The firm is able to invest training and coaching in our associates because of our size and our relationships built by our time spent engaging with the A&M Law School.”
Sowell clerked in 2021 with Judge Jim Johnson, 431st District Court (Civil), in Denton and drafted jury charges for four civil trials, observed three bench trials, and attended various hearings. He also spent 16 months during 2017-19 working for U.S. Rep. Kay Granger as a staff assistant and outreach coordinator.
In addition to legal work, Sowell is engaged in the music scene. He is the owner of The North Texas Music Company, which hires professional musicians for weddings and churches, and provides private music lessons for Arlington ISD’s AMEP Program. Before that, he spent two years as operations manager for DFW Musicians Services.
