PNC Bank is expanding its private bank team in the Greater Fort Worth area, adding new members who will be responsible for delivering the full range of PNC Private Bank’s® wealth management solutions, bank officials announced on Thursday in a press release.
“Fort Worth continues to see a wealth of economic development and we have been intentional about growing our services to meet this demand,” said Dale Klose, PNC Texas and Mountain Region territory executive based in Fort Worth.
PNC Private Bank serves high-net-worth individuals and families. In addition, it provides business succession planning solutions to help family-owned and privately held businesses preserve their legacies and ultimately create a philanthropic impact throughout the region.
“Our Private Bank team adds to our larger Fort Worth presence which includes corporate, commercial, business banking, retail, public finance and institutional asset management,” said Brendan McGuire, PNC regional president for North Texas. “Now we can locally deliver the full depth and breadth of PNC’s capabilities consistent with our Main Street banking model."

Magruder and Mark Zacheis lead PNC’s Private Bank in Fort Worth and Dallas, respectively.
The newest members of their teams bring a wide range of experience and deep knowledge to the region. Team members include:
• James Meintjes, senior vice president and senior relationship strategist, provides clients with integrated wealth management plans. He most recently served as the president’s chief of staff at The University of North Texas Health Science Center, executive director of the UNTHSC Foundation and interim leader for Institutional Advancement and Marketing/Communications. Prior to his time at the UNT Health Science Center, Meintjes was an executive director with another leading financial institution.
• Cyd Brown, senior vice president and relationship strategist, provides clients with integrated wealth management plans. Previously, she was a vice president at a leading private bank where she advised clients in fundamental wealth management. She assisted with private business sales, wealth structuring, trust and estate planning, philanthropy, credit and banking. Brown spent five years with HBK Capital Management and started her career with KPMG, LLP.
• Kevin Thaman, CPWA, senior vice president and senior investment advisor, works with clients and the private bank team to help deliver comprehensive investment advice and solutions to align portfolios with financial objectives. He recently served as a senior portfolio manager at a leading financial institution where he spent 26 years advising families, business owners, corporate executives and foundation boards.
• Sharon Bridges, vice president and senior banking advisor, works with clients to deliver banking solutions from complex lending to daily banking needs. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services and wealth management. She joined PNC following a 17-year career with a top financial institution.
• Ryan Campbell, J.D., vice president and fiduciary advisor, is responsible for the execution of financial and estate guidance. Campbell is a former BBVA USA employee.
