Quorum Architects announced this week that Sarah Wintill has joined the municipal design team.
Wintill is a 2022 graduate of the environmental design-architectural studies program at Texas A&M University.
“Sarah’s curiosity and thirst for hands-on experience have already allowed her unique opportunities for project involvement and client interaction,” says David Duman, principal. “She is a thoughtful designer, asking all the right questions.”
Quorum Architects Inc., founded in 1992, is an architectural and interior design firm based in Fort Worth and registered in 43 states.
The municipal design team provides architectural and interior design services for cities across Texas. Wintill is currently assisting the team with projects for the cities of Farmers Branch and Pearland.
The daughter of an Air Force pilot, Wintill lived in many different parts of the U.S. and abroad, including Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, Washington, D.C., and England. She credits her semester in Spain with igniting her passion for city planning and design.
“Barcelona was planned to create equal access to amenities for all the residents,” says Wintill. “My experiences there were life changing.”
Wintill will continue working full time at Quorum while earning her master’s in architecture at UT Arlington. Her goals include professional licensure.
