Texas Health Resources has returned to its seemingly regular spot in Fortune magazine.
The health care institution placed No. 3 in Fortune's Best Workplaces in Health Care™ 2023. The ranking was the top in the state of Texas.
This is the ninth year in a row that Texas Health has made the list. The analysis is compiled by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine.

The Best Workplaces award is based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 208,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the health care industry.
Great Place To Work uses its proprietary For All™ Methodology to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on more than 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 7.5 million employees this year alone.
Texas Health employs more than 28,000 employees who serve and care for patients in a 16-county area of North Texas. Texas Health offers employees a generous 401(k) program with company match, paid time off, and time to volunteer in their communities, according to hospital officials.
