Valor, a specialty asset management company headquartered in Fort Worth, has announced the appointment of Lindsay Hall as the Director of Client First, a newly created role aimed at reinforcing the company's commitment to its core value of prioritizing clients' needs.
Her primary role will include the oversight of all client service initiatives, as well as devising fresh and inventive strategies to foster deeper connections among Valor's existing individual and institutional clients.
"We're delighted to welcome Lindsay Hall into our expanding family of professionals," said Valor CEO Joseph DeWoody in a statement. “In her capacity as the Director of Client First, she will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing exceptional services for our ever-growing roster of individual and institutional clients. Lindsay's extensive experience in customer-oriented roles makes her an invaluable asset, and we eagerly anticipate her contributions.”
A native of Abilene, Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Abilene Christian University, where she worked as a counselor in the admissions department. She furthered her education by obtaining a master's degree in education from TCU. During her time there, she served as a research associate and spearheaded a government-funded grant program aimed at assisting students with learning disabilities.
Hall's experiences also encompass a period abroad working at a boutique in Oxford, England, and subsequently launching her own entrepreneurial venture, the online retail store "Bee's Knees Loft."
Before joining Valor, Hall held the position of a principal realtor for Compass Real Estate's Park Cities office. Valor said that “her comprehensive background uniquely positions her to provide unparalleled customer service across a range of client types, while emphasizing strategies that refine interpersonal relationships and effective communication.”
Founded in 2018, Valor has steadily ascended to become a prominent mineral management company in the Southwest, offering specialized services such as land management, oil and gas accounting, and lease negotiation and counsel. Central to Valor's mineral management offerings is mineral.tech®, an exclusive mineral management platform designed to optimize and track oil and gas assets. The company also extends its reach through oil and gas outsourcing services tailored for operators and investors, collaborating with businesses to offer comprehensive back-office solutions.
Valor also operates a satellite office in Midland.
“I'm eager to onboard new clients and maintain regular connections with existing ones, ensuring we consistently meet their needs and fulfill contractual obligations,” said Hall, who described herself as “an unapologetic ‘people person.’”
“I look forward to introducing fresh perspectives that enhance the delivery of exceptional client service to the company's expanding customer base.”
