LanCarte Commercial Real Estate
LanCarte Commercial Real Estate sent out a press release this week promoting an intriguing development opportunity on the North Side.
It’s a 33.95-acre property at Interstate 35W and Northside Drive, offering multiple uses, including multifamily, office/corporate campus, and retail opportunities.
It includes an unobstructed view of downtown and about 500 feet of river frontage. It offers convenient access to I-30, Texas 121, and the Trinity Railway Express, as well as Meacham Airport, DFW Airport, and the Alliance Corridor.
“This is an iconic site,” said LanCarte President Sarah LanCarte in a statement. “It is one of the last vacant land parcels of its size near downtown and on the Trinity River.”
The property serves as the gateway into many districts in Fort Worth including downtown, the Historic Stockyards and Panther Island. It also sits adjacent to the up-and-coming River East District.
The property also sits within Tax Increment Financing District (TIF) No. 9: Trinity River Vision. The project's objective is flood control, but it will also create the continuity of trails, enhanced open space, and recreational areas.
“The natural beauty of the area allows for relaxing views along with recreational opportunities," said Debi Friedlander of LanCarte Commercial.
