Construction will soon begin on a mixed-used development at Harmon Road and Heritage Trace Parkway in north Fort Worth.
The almost-21,000-square-foot specialty retail and office space across three buildings is being developed by CHC Development of Fort Worth, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction is slated to begin in February and be complete a year later in 2025. Estimated cost is $4.2 million, according to documents. The designer of record is Urban Bobcat Architects in Fort Worth.
The site is located at the southwest corner of Harmon Road and Heritage Trace Parkway, at 9555 Harmon Road, just west of Alliance Town Center.
LanCarte Commercial has already begun leasing.
CHC Development has worked on a number of projects in the Near Southside District of Fort Worth and other surrounding communities.
